For the cocoa machine: 70 g of butter • 80 g of Natsuc • 1 pinch of salt • 1 egg • ½ sachet of baking powder • 120 g of T55 flour • 20 g of unsweetened cocoa powder • 130 g of cream fleurette

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 150 ° C (th. 5). Prepare the vanilla machine: open the pod and remove the seeds, then place them with the butter, Natsuc and salt in the bowl of a food processor. Stir in the egg continuing to mix, then pour the sifted flour and baking powder. Pour the cream, mix again, then set aside.

Prepare the chocolate machine: whisk the butter, Natsuc and salt using the robot. Add the egg while continuing to whisk, then pour the sifted flour with the yeast and cocoa. Add the cream, mix again. ⠀

Line a cake pan with parchment paper. Pour the pasta in batches, alternating vanilla and chocolate. Bake for 1 hour.
